  Just checked out Music Row standings and saw that Kickin Up Dust moved up to #36 on the charts. This is great news!! This means that all those stations that carry the Top 40 programs now HAVE TO PLAY music by The Pirates of the Mississippi!!!! Everyone who listens to those will now hear POM music and will, like all of us POM fans, become hooked and hungry for more.

  You guys are great writers/musicians and singers. Hope you're already working on songs for a new recording. I'm having a hard time finding out if our local stations in Dallas/Fort Worth are playing your music because I can't get my Pirates discs our of the CD changer long enough to hear what is on the radio. We're e-mailing and calling the stations here trying to get you on the air and in the rotation.
  
  Keep up the great music, and please come to town soon. By chance, if you ever see Dean, tell him I've still got the guitar pick he gave me years ago. Still got all the concert pics and the 8X10 of all of us together. I'll have a copy for ya'll when you get to Texas.
